Structure, structure, structure.  This series must have structural backing and will only be as stable as the structural backing you have installed in the ceiling. This is typically the most desired series for a couple reasons.  Saving the floor from unnecessary penetrations coupled with the ease of mopping the floor make this style a favorite for both architects and building maintenance personnel.  Your weekend “do-it-your self” carpenter will have problems with this installation.
